What is the best type of mattress?
Each type of mattress has its benefits, firmness, and feel. As each body is different, it is important to know your sleeping needs to choose a mattress that can provide you with the best support and comfort.
When choosing a mattress, you should think of your sleeping circumstances, the level of support you need, and the feeling you want to achieve. If you want a traditional mattress with natural fillings offering great support, then a pocket spring mattress might be the right choice.
A memory foam mattress might be your best choice if you need a mattress to help alleviate back pain.
When it comes to firmness, the most important thing is to choose a mattress that you feel comfortable on.
